Day 6: Dinner
Those who knows me can confirm that I LOVE spicy food. The hotter the better. Although now and then I’d eat without any hot sauce/habanero/thai chillis a meal is not quite right without some sort of hotness to it. This was tonight’s dinner: Salmon, zucchini, squash, and Italian crushed peppers – HOT – of course.
I wish I can share the recipe but when I cook and do my own thing I just dump whatever seemed good and available. For the salmon I added: lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh black pepper, salt, butter, garlic, and dried dill. The veggies, I just sauteed some tomatoes and then threw the veggies in with a tad bit of garlic. I added just at tiny bit of salt to taste.
Everybody ate the meal. Nobody said it was awesome but it wasn’t terrible either. I think it’s not bad. It can do better {::SMILE}.
