I thought my first homemade loaf of bread would be the photo of the day but nope. That got beat by the new tattoo that Drew got today. Jason Saint from Mercy Seat did this piece of art work. The original image was a watermark from an air force stationary.
In the dryer. I read a tip that if you put dough in the dryer, a warm dryer that is, it’ll grow faster. So I did. Did it grow faster? I dunno. I don’t think so but it did look good. It was midnight when I took it out of the dryer to pound and I started at 8-ish. I can probably leave the dough to rise in the pan, at least until Jovie’s next feeding, but I’m kind of curious what my first wheat bread will taste like. Not a recipe I’d recommend starting at night!!
