Day 8: Bread Rising

In the dryer. I read a tip that if you put dough in the dryer, a warm dryer that is, it’ll grow faster. So I did. Did it grow faster? I dunno. I don’t think so but it did look good. It was midnight when I took it out of the dryer to pound and I started at 8-ish. I can probably leave the dough to rise in the pan, at least until Jovie’s next feeding, but I’m kind of curious what my first wheat bread will taste like. Not a recipe I’d recommend starting at night!!
