Baked the 2nd loaf of bread today. I just got finished eating my 3rd slice. Delicious!!
I did find a better way of letting the bread rise: Stick it in the oven. But don’t bake it. Just cook or make hot water and the oven part will stay warm. The bread did rise better. So forget the dryer, just use the oven, that’s what ovens are for anyways, not dryers.
Well, another Savitri in the ditch day. Actually it’s been a while since I did something like this. Before the RAV4 it use to be every snow day that I’d slide off into something. Drew was not too happy with me. I mean I guess it made sense. If there were traffic, or a car bumped into me, or whatever but it wasn’t any of that. I was just driving too to the right cause I was thinking about my mailbox. Whether I got any package in there or not. Yeah, I got stuck in front of our mailbox. Drew had to pull me out with the neighbor’s truck. Coincidentally he just sold the Tacoma. I saw it drive by just 5 minutes before I got stuck.
