There are the kids walking to school. This was M’s first day at the village school. She’s been ready to go since Friday! One big difference between this school and the one in Missouri (besides the uniform) is that everyday we’ll be walking to and from school. The school is just a few blocks away and every day we see other kids and mom/dads walking to and from school. A very good habit for us and we look forward to our little walks each and every day!

It was such a nice weekend that we decided to go to the beach. We figured it’d be cold still but we heard that the drive’s beautiful and it’s only 1.5 hrs away. It was late afternoon when we left the house but we had a fantastic time anyways. We went to Southwold and these beach huts caught my eyes.
M had a wonderful time. She can’t remember the last time she went to the beach (LA when she was 3.5, btw) and to her, this was the first time. She was cold but she was having too good of a time to complain about it.

We went to Ely that day. To the market to the market we went.
I took lots of pictures that day but I love this the best because it’s been a few months now, three to be exact, since I last took a photo of this guy. The husband and dad. The hardest working, sweetest (shhhh, don’t tell him I told you), kindest, ass-holest (he’s an interesting blend), cleverest (I am the smartest), funniest, friendliest, and best looking guy. We all love him to pieces and he’s what makes our days so shiny and fun. Seriously, there’s no day without a good laugh around this guy!
