I think sometimes noise works. No, I’m not talking about radio or traffic noise. In photography a grainy photo is called a noisy photo. The original image didn’t have this much noise but with some tweaking I added a tad bit. Why? I just think it gives this photo an old feel. Like it was taken with an older digital camera… not a lot of pixel. I like it. What do you think? Too much noise? I didn’t do straight b&w either. I gave it a bit of yellow tint.. just like an older photo?

Anyhoot, this is just M flipping through her scrapbook. She got some good giggles and I told her of some stories of when she was little. This is why I love to scrapbook, so that my girls can have something pretty to flip through and reminiscence. One day I’ll be gone but I hope a few worldly things will stay with them for a while, the scrapbook being one of them.

I’m not sure if it’s due to being at home or it’s just from grading but this thing above has been terrible for my diet!! I’ve probably gained 2lbs this whole week! All my pants still fit me though (we don’t own a scale but I have some pants that I use to gauge if I need to take it down). We went to the store today and forgot to grab another one. It’s probably a good thing. Maybe now I’ll go grab a banana or avocado…

Just Nic and I. I almost forgot to take a picture and since my foot photo was not so greatly accepted I figured I had to take something else. So here’s me with my favorite toy. Isn’t Nic hot? VERY!!!

It’s been really nice the past couple of days and I’ve been feeling like dressing up. So Monday and Tuesday I decided to wear some strappy shoes. It’s kind of funny though. When my friend was here to visit she asked if I buy Payless Shoes. I told her I can’t. I have expensive feet — not by choice. Payless shoes hurt me in one way or another. Until yesterday I didn’t realize I was wearing a Payless shoes. I got them at a consignment store and when I tried them on they were fine. But with shoes you can’t rave about them until you’ve had them on for at least a few hours. Monday was when I got the cut but I didn’t realize it. Yesterday when I walked to work I noticed my feet hurting and it wasn’t until later that I noticed two cuts, one on the left and another on the right.

I do though buy everything on sale and they do last me a long time.

When a blog friend comes to visit it just makes sense if the two of us sit down to do some crafty project. Wednesday afternoon we sat down and made a few projects while we chit-chatted. Tons of fun and very glad she came to visit!!
